What to expect

A straightforward process.

Clear scope, coordinated access, and a conversation about what the findings mean for your next step.

01 / Tell us about the property

Start with the details.

Send the address, pool type, concerns, and any closing or project deadline. We confirm the scope, fee, and availability with you.

02 / Inspect the pool

Look beyond the water.

Kurt evaluates visible, accessible pool components and operating conditions within the agreed scope.

03 / Understand the findings

Make an informed decision.

Review the findings, limitations, and recommended next steps before you move forward with a purchase, repair, or project.

Before the visit

A few details make
a real difference.

  • Send the property address, pool type, and any additional water vessels.
  • Share your timeline and known concerns.
  • Arrange authorized access to the pool and equipment.
  • Tell Kurt about covers, winterization, outages, or inaccessible areas.
  • Gather available maintenance or repair records.

Leave unfamiliar equipment alone. Kurt will discuss any preparation that needs the owner or a qualified professional.

Understand the scope

Useful findings. Clear limitations.

Is a pool inspection included in a home inspection?

Do not assume it is. Check the home inspector's written scope. A dedicated pool inspection focuses on the pool, accessible equipment, and related conditions agreed with your inspector.

Can I request an inspection before closing?

Yes. Include your due-diligence or closing deadline when you inquire. Scheduling is subject to availability, access, and the pool's operating condition.

Does water-loss analysis locate the exact leak?

Water-loss analysis helps assess whether a vessel is losing water under test conditions. It does not, by itself, promise to identify every leak source or its exact location. Further testing may be recommended.

What should be ready on inspection day?

Arrange authorized access to the pool and equipment. Let Kurt know about covers, winterization, equipment outages, or known concerns in advance. Do not operate unfamiliar equipment just to prepare for the visit.

Know your pool. Plan your next step.

Let's take a closer look.

Share the property address, pool details, and your timeline. Kurt will help confirm the right inspection for the job.
