Terms of Service

About this website

This website provides information about Elite Pool Inspections LLC and a way to request services. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, submit misleading inquiries, or attempt unauthorized access.

Inquiries and appointments

Submitting a form, sending an email, or making a phone inquiry does not by itself create a service agreement or reserve an appointment. Availability, property access, scope, fees, and any travel charges must be confirmed with Elite Pool Inspections before scheduling.

Pricing and service scope

Published prices describe the listed base services and conditions. Additional water vessels, travel, unusual configurations, or additional services can affect the total. Any separate written inspection or consulting agreement governs that engagement.

Inspections evaluate conditions within the agreed scope at the time of the visit. They may be limited by access, operating status, weather, visibility, or other site conditions. They are not a guarantee of future performance or discovery of every concealed issue. Private inspection services do not replace required regulatory inspections or approvals.

Website information

Articles and other content provide general information, not property-specific findings, legal advice, or instructions to perform hazardous work. Contact a qualified professional about the conditions at your property. Although we aim to keep information accurate, website content and service availability can change.

Links and third-party services

Links and embedded services may take you to or connect with third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content.

Content and permitted use

Website branding, photographs, and content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal or business service inquiries. Please contact us before republishing its content or using the Elite Pool Inspections name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement.
